Tthe first nutritional metabolomics workshop at Clermont Ferrand (December 2007) initiated most of the activities.
The second nutritional metabolomics workshop was held in Copenhagen, February 2009
The third nutritional metabolomics workshop was held in Vlaardingen, July 2010.  Presentations are now on line.
